Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy explains how recurring orders and other special purchase options work at NuGeneLabs (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By purchasing any product with a subscription, pre-order, or other purchase option (collectively, “Purchase Options”), you agree to the terms below in addition to our general Terms of Service and Refund/Return Policy.


1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to orders placed using:

  • Subscriptions / Auto-Ship (for example: products delivered every 30, 60, or 90 days)

  • Pre-orders (products charged now but shipped at a future date)

  • Any other purchase option clearly labeled on the product page or at checkout

Standard one-time purchases follow our regular Refund/Return Policy, not this policy.


2. Subscription (Auto-Ship) orders

When you purchase a subscription product, you authorize us and our payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency shown on the product page (for example, every 30 days) until you cancel.

How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date by:

  • Logging into your NuGeneLabs account and managing your subscription settings, or

  • Contacting us at support@nugenelabs.com with your name, order number, and the email used at checkout.

We recommend canceling at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge so the system has time to process the change before the order is created.

Orders already processed or shipped

  • If your subscription has already renewed and the order was processed or shipped, that shipment cannot be canceled.

  • In that situation, please refer to our Refund/Return Policy for information on returns or exchanges (if applicable).

Pausing, skipping, or changing your subscription

Where available in your account portal, you may be able to:

  • Pause your subscription for a future cycle

  • Skip a single upcoming shipment

  • Change your delivery frequency or quantity

Any changes made less than 48 hours before your next renewal date may not apply until the following cycle.


3. Pre-orders and other purchase options

From time to time, we may offer:

  • Pre-order items (charged at checkout, shipped at a future date)

  • Other purchase options clearly described on the product page

For these orders:

  • You may request cancellation any time before the order is processed for shipment.

  • Once a shipping label has been created or the order has been handed to the carrier, the order is treated like a regular purchase and falls under our general Refund/Return Policy.

If specific terms (for example, “non-refundable pre-order”) appear on the product page, those product-specific terms override this general policy.


4. Refunds after cancellation

If you successfully cancel a qualifying Purchase Option order:

  • Any eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refund timing may vary based on your bank or card issuer.

  • Shipping charges, duties, or taxes may not be refundable in all regions. Please see our Refund/Return Policy for details.


5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, apps, or legal requirements. The version posted on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
